Dear Parents,

             In the school, the values of the students are refined so that the vision of the healthy society can be fulfilled. This school is the mini temple of the society where students of different castes, religious and communities, come to be educated. It is possible to improve their personality development and character development under the guidance of the experienced teachers.

🔴The Establishment of the college🔴

Jai Maa Saraswati Gyan Mandir was established at Ganga Nagar Colony, Fatehpur in 1997. Considering the limited space in Ganga Nagar, the another school was established in Power house Radha Nagar in 2002. Taking forward the classes of both the schools, Jai Maa Saraswati Gyan Mandir Inter College was establised in Radha Nagar East New Colony.

  🔴 कॉलेज की स्थापना 🔴

जय माँ सरस्वती ज्ञान मंदिर की स्थापना 1997 में गंगा नगर कॉलोनी, फतेहपुर में की गई थी। गंगा नगर में सीमित स्थान को ध्यान में रखते हुए, 2002 में पावर हाउस राधा नगर में एक और विद्यालय स्थापित किया गया। दोनों विद्यालयों की कक्षाओं को आगे बढ़ाते हुए, जय माँ सरस्वती ज्ञान मंदिर इंटर कॉलेज की स्थापना राधा नगर ईस्ट न्यू कॉलोनी में की गई।

🚨Examination and Promotion🚨

Assessment/Evaluation of the Examination:-

For the overall evaluation of the student, Academic performance is evaluated in a continuous and comprehensive manner through out the year. There are two monthly tests and three sessional exams in the school.  Exemption is possible only in one examination on medical grounds. The student will be considered passed only after giving all the remaining examinations and obtaining 33 percent marks.

परीक्षा मूल्यांकन:

छात्रों के समग्र मूल्यांकन के लिए, उनकी शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन की निरंतर और व्यापक रूप से पूरे वर्ष मूल्यांकन किया जाता है। विद्यालय में दो मासिक परीक्षण और तीन सत्रीय परीक्षाएँ होती हैं। केवल एक परीक्षा में चिकित्सा कारणों से छूट संभव है। छात्र को उत्तीर्ण माना जाएगा केवल तभी जब वह शेष सभी परीक्षाएँ देगा और 33 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करेगा।

The School Uniform:-

  The wearing of the prescribed uniform is obligatory Student will not be allowed to sit in the  class if they are dressed

  differently.

 The following is the uniform now in force.

 L.K.G-Class V

 Summer-

        Carbon blue, sky blue pants, checked shirt, white shirt, white shoes, black shoes, white socks (with strip).

Winter-

      In addition to the above said uniform, Tie (Red colour) sweater with school monogram (without stripe)/(Plain v neck), scarf Red Blazer.

 Class-VI , XII

 For Boys- (Hindi Medium)

Summer-

            White shirt (full sleeved & Half sleeved), Khakhi pants & white pants, Khakhi socks, Black leather shoes,

            white shoes.

Winter-

                In addition to the above said uniform, blue sweater [full sleeved & Half sleeved] Plain v neck blazer and

            Blue Muffler.

For Boys- (English Medium)

Summer-

              Carbon blue pants, sky blue pants, white pants, checkered shirt, white shirt, white shoes, Black shoes,

                  Socks (carbon blue strip and sky blue strip).

Winter-

                In addition to the above said uniform, blue sweater [full sleeved & Half sleeved] Carbon blue Blazer, Carbon

            Blue Muffler.

 Class-IX,XII

 For Girls- (Hindi Medium)

 Summer-

                White, Maroon, Red checked Kurta, White trousers, white Dupatta.

  Winter-

           In Addition to the above said uniform, black sweater, Black scarf & Black Blazer.

             Black and white shoes with white socks are compulsary.

  For Girls- (English Medium)

                                                                                       📝Attendance Rule 📝

 .It is mandatory for every student to be present at school every day. Leave can be taken if necessary, But it is  

  necessary to give prior written notice.

 .In case of missing school , a leave application must be presented to the school duly signed by  parents/guardians

  with mobile number.

  .In case of absentiesm due to illness , student must present a medical certificate  to the School.

  . No Student is permitted to leave school during school hours. He/She can be sent out of the school along with her

     parents in emergent situation.

📝 उपस्थिति नियम 📝

• प्रत्येक छात्र के लिए प्रतिदिन विद्यालय में उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अवकाश लिया जा सकता है, लेकिन इसके लिए पूर्व लिखित सूचना देना आवश्यक है।
  
  

• विद्यालय में अनुपस्थिति की स्थिति में, माता-पिता/अभिभावकों द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित अवकाश आवेदन पत्र मोबाइल नंबर सहित प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है।
  
  

• बीमारी के कारण अनुपस्थिति की स्थिति में, छात्र को विद्यालय में मेडिकल प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
  
  

• कोई भी छात्र विद्यालय समय के दौरान विद्यालय छोड़ने की अनुमति नहीं है। आपातकालीन स्थिति में, वह अपने माता-पिता के साथ विद्यालय से बाहर जा सकता है।

                                                                                       📌 Important Notice📌

 .Student are not allowed to possess expensive articles or extra money, Mobile etc.

  Information notice is sent by school from time to time. Guardians are expected to co operate the school authorities by

  paying attention to it.

  No motor bike is allowed in and around the school permises for the students No student is allowed to come to school

  by motorbike.

  Parents may visit to observe the activities of college and their wards.

 The school is based on Indian culture, it is mandatory for every student to respect all the traditions of the school.

 The student will be warned twice for indisciplined behaviour, if there is no improvement. The student’s admission

  will be rejected.

• छात्रों को महंगे सामान या अतिरिक्त पैसे, मोबाइल आदि रखने की अनुमति नहीं है।

• छात्रों के लिए विद्यालय परिसर में मोटर बाइक लाना प्रतिबंधित है। कोई भी छात्र मोटर बाइक से विद्यालय नहीं आ सकता।
  
  

• अभिभावक कॉलेज और अपने बच्चों की गतिविधियों का अवलोकन करने के लिए विद्यालय का दौरा कर सकते हैं।
  
  

• विद्यालय भारतीय संस्कृति पर आधारित है; प्रत्येक छात्र के लिए विद्यालय की सभी परंपराओं का सम्मान करना अनिवार्य है।
  
  

• अनुशासनहीन व्यवहार के लिए छात्र को दो बार चेतावनी दी जाएगी; यदि कोई सुधार नहीं होता है, तो छात्र का प्रवेश रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

 We provide at school well equipped and spacious reading room with a wide range of books, periodicals and magazins .Science lab with the necessary apparatus and infrastructures provide opportunities to explore , and experiment to the budding scientists .We have spacious and well equipped laboratories for  physics , Chemistry and Biology.

📚 विद्यालय पुस्तकालय और प्रयोगशाला:-

विद्यालय में सुसज्जित और विशाल पठन कक्ष उपलब्ध है, जिसमें विभिन्न प्रकार की पुस्तकें, पत्रिकाएँ और पत्रिकाएँ हैं। विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला आवश्यक उपकरणों और संरचनाओं के साथ सुसज्जित है, जो नवोदित वैज्ञानिकों को खोज और प्रयोग करने के अवसर प्रदान करती है। हमारे पास भौतिकी, रसायन विज्ञान और जीवविज्ञान के लिए विशाल और सुसज्जित प्रयोगशालाएँ हैं।

                                                        Recognition of the School

 The school is recognized by the Board of secondary education Allahabad

 upto XII . The school offers - science Arts and Agriculture streams.

विद्यालय को इलाहाबाद माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा कक्षा XII तक मान्यता प्राप्त है। विद्यालय में विज्ञान, कला और कृषि धाराएँ उपलब्ध हैं।

 In order to enable the students to have knowledge of ancient Indian culture and history as well as modern events , information about moral and general knowledge etc. is given to the student at the time of prayer throughout the year.

                                                            Student’s Diary and Educational Almanac

  There is a constant co-ordination between the school and the parents through the student diary and educational almanac.It is a medium to give students a glimpse of all the activities of school and home.

📖 छात्र डायरी और शैक्षिक पंचांग:-

विद्यालय और अभिभावकों के बीच निरंतर समन्वय के लिए छात्र डायरी और शैक्षिक पंचांग का उपयोग किया जाता है। यह छात्रों को विद्यालय और घर की सभी गतिविधियों की झलक प्रदान करने का माध्यम है।

                                                     Parents-Teachers Co-ordinations

Through parent contact, arrangment has been made for each class teachers.to visit the homes of the students of his class.Through this contact , the Acharya - Shishya relationship gets strengthenedand the time spent by parents towards students conveys the thoughts of school to the society.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 अभिभावक-शिक्षक समन्वय:-

प्रत्येक कक्षा के शिक्षक द्वारा अपने कक्षा के छात्रों के घरों का दौरा करने की व्यवस्था की गई है। इस संपर्क के माध्यम से, आचार्य-शिष्य संबंध मजबूत होता है और अभिभावकों द्वारा छात्रों के प्रति समय व्यतीत करने से विद्यालय के विचार समाज तक पहुँचते हैं।

                                                         Information regarding fee

  Fee must be deposited by 5th of the month fine of Rs.20 will be charged if fee is paid after 5th of the month.

  a fine of Rs. 50 will be charged if dues for the previous installment are paid

 in the next installment

 You are requested to take fee reciept after depositing the fee

 Fee of March is to be paid in the month of january itself.

💰 शुल्क संबंधी जानकारी:-

• शुल्क प्रत्येक माह की 5 तारीख तक जमा करना अनिवार्य है। 5 तारीख के बाद शुल्क जमा करने पर ₹20 का जुर्माना लिया जाएगा।
  
  

• यदि पिछली किस्त का बकाया अगली किस्त में जमा किया जाता है, तो ₹50 का जुर्माना लिया जाएगा।
  
  

• शुल्क जमा करने के बाद रसीद लेना अनिवार्य है।
  
  

• मार्च माह का शुल्क जनवरी माह में ही जमा करना होगा।

🕒 विद्यालय समय:-

🔻Special  Attention🔻

Puntuality must be strictly observed. Every pupil must be present in the school premises 10 min before the commencement of morning assembly.

As per the instructions of the Principal , additional time can be taken if necessary.

🔻 विशेष ध्यान 🔻

समय की पाबंदी का कड़ाई से पालन किया जाना चाहिए। प्रत्येक छात्र को सुबह की सभा शुरू होने से 10 मिनट पहले विद्यालय परिसर में उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है। प्रधानाचार्य के निर्देशानुसार, आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अतिरिक्त समय लिया जा सकता है।

                                                     Information regarding Admission

Boys/Girls who have passed (in previous class)from a recognized

school will be able to get admission.

 Application forms for admission can be taken from the office from 7.00am to 11:00 am in the month of April.

 Appication forms can be submitted in the office till one day before the extrance Examination.

 Separate sections for boys and girls.

📝 प्रवेश संबंधी जानकारी:-

• वे लड़के/लड़कियाँ जिन्होंने किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालय से पिछली कक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है, प्रवेश ले सकते हैं।
  
  

• प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन पत्र अप्रैल माह में सुबह 7:00 बजे से 11:00 बजे तक कार्यालय से प्राप्त किए जा सकते हैं।
  
  

• प्रवेश परीक्षा से एक दिन पहले तक आवेदन पत्र कार्यालय में जमा किए जा सकते हैं।
  
  

• लड़कों और लड़कियों के लिए अलग-अलग अनुभाग हैं।

Information Regarding Scholarship

  National scholarship will be given to the poor and talented students as per the quota of the government of India.

 Scheduled caste, backward caste students should attach the caste certificate, in come certificate and domicile certificate and made by the Tahsildar the S.D.M. along with the scholarship form.

 It is mandatory for all the categories of the student to open a bank account otherwise he/she will not get scholarship.

.Scheduled caste student will have to produce income certificate for income

 less than Rs.2 lakhs and backward caste/General category student will need a

 Certificate of income less than Rs.2 lakhs.

🎓 छात्रवृत्ति संबंधी जानकारी:-

• भारत सरकार के कोटे के अनुसार, गरीब और प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों को राष्ट्रीय छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की जाएगी।
  
  

• अनुसूचित जाति, पिछड़ी जाति के छात्रों को जाति प्रमाणपत्र, आय प्रमाणपत्र और तहसीलदार/एस.डी.एम. द्वारा बनाए गए निवास प्रमाणपत्र के साथ छात्रवृत्ति फॉर्म संलग्न करना होगा।
  
  

• सभी श्रेणियों के छात्रों के लिए बैंक खाता खोलना अनिवार्य है; अन्यथा उन्हें छात्रवृत्ति नहीं मिलेगी।

 Full responsibility of repeating each subject multiple times for Board examination by qualified and experienced teachers.

 The highest marks obtained by our student in the Board examination are the identifiaction of our good education.

 If any Student doesn’t get good marks in the Board Examination, The full fee will be refunded.

 The school is equipped with laboratories for Physics ,Chemistry ,Biology , Agriculture Science and  Computer in which experiments are

  conducted  continuously throughout the year by experienced teachers.

  The lectures of every subject is delivered by the expert teachers at particular subject.

  Separate classes for Boys and Girls and all the arrangement for boys and girls are run separately.

  Classes of 9,10,11,12 are continuously run in the months of may and june at J.M.S.G.M Inter College, Radhanagar Fatehpur.

बोर्ड परीक्षा के लिए प्रत्येक विषय को योग्य और अनुभवी शिक्षकों द्वारा कई बार दोहराकर पढ़ाया जाता है, इसकी पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी विद्यालय की है।
बोर्ड परीक्षा में हमारे छात्रों द्वारा प्राप्त उच्चतम अंक हमारे उत्कृष्ट शिक्षण का प्रमाण हैं।
यदि कोई छात्र बोर्ड परीक्षा में अच्छे अंक प्राप्त नहीं करता है, तो उसकी संपूर्ण फीस वापस कर दी जाएगी।

विद्यालय में भौतिक विज्ञान, रसायन विज्ञान, जीवविज्ञान, कृषि विज्ञान और कंप्यूटर की प्रयोगशालाएँ उपलब्ध हैं, जिनमें पूरे वर्ष भर अनुभवी शिक्षकों द्वारा नियमित प्रयोग कराए जाते हैं।
हर विषय की कक्षा उस विषय के विशेषज्ञ शिक्षक द्वारा ही संचालित की जाती है।

लड़कियों और लड़कों के लिए अलग-अलग कक्षाओं की व्यवस्था है, तथा उनकी समस्त शैक्षणिक गतिविधियाँ भी पृथक रूप से चलाई जाती हैं।
कक्षा 9, 10, 11 और 12 की कक्षाएँ मई और जून के महीनों में जय माँ सरस्वती ज्ञान मंदिर इंटर कॉलेज, राधा नगर, फतेहपुर में निरंतर रूप से चलाई जाती हैं।
